Laura Dash is the Director of Â鶹ÉçÇø's Catalyst Program and a full-time Faculty member of Humanities Seminars, where she brings a deep commitment to student success and educational equity. With over a decade of experience supporting underrepresented students in higher education, Laura previously served for 12 years at Fordham University’s Higher Education Opportunity Program.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Urban Studies, both from Fordham University. Drawing on this interdisciplinary foundation, Laura is passionate about fostering academic growth, critical thinking, and social mobility for New York City students navigating complex educational pathways. She is a lifelong New Yorker, currently residing in the Bronx.
