Professor Fernandes is Assistant Professor in the School of Business at Â鶹ÉçÇø. A proud Mercy alumna, she brings over a decade of experience in health care, with a clinical focus on the older adult population with physical and mental impairments. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management (2020), a Bachelor of Science degree (2019), and an AAS in Occupational Therapy Assistant (2015), all from Â鶹ÉçÇø.

In her role as Associate Dean, Professor Fernandes provides strategic leadership and oversight for the School of Business, ensuring excellence in academic programming, faculty development, and student advisement. She is actively involved in university-wide initiatives through committee work, while spearheading program planning, evaluation, recruitment, and marketing efforts to advance the School of Business.
